Mr. Rajiv Verma joined HT Media Ltd. as the CEO in 2004. Under his leadership, HT has taken giant strides in various businesses — be it the expansion and proliferation of HT’s vernacular segment with Hindustan or creating national brands like Mint, Fever 104, and Shine.com. Mr. Verma has been responsible for the focus on new businesses such as Events and Brand Solutions, Ad for Equity, and Education, as well as major international collaborations with partners like The Wall Street Journal, Virgin Radio, Burda, and The Washington Post.
Before joining HT Media Ltd., Mr. Verma had over 24 years of cross-sectoral experience with companies like Hindustan Lever, Nestle and Whirlpool. His international experience spans across South East Asia and Europe. Mr. Verma received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering and is currently on the Kellogg alumni advisory board of Northwestern University (USA).
